Violent crimes of all sorts require an aggressive defense

Violent crime charges can greatly affect someone’s life if a conviction on those charges occurs. While it is true that any criminal conviction can affect someone’s life, violent crime convictions might bar a person from being able to hold certain jobs. These types of convictions can also stop people from being able to move into certain places if a criminal background check is required.

We know that nobody wants to think about those types of consequences. We also know that nobody wants to think about having to spend time in prison, live life on probation or pay fines. While we can’t guarantee that any defendant will be able to walk away from a case without a conviction, we can promise that we will explore all the defense options possible for every case.

In our last post, we discussed some of the possible defense options for first-degree murder cases. Those are only a sampling of the possible defense options that might work for a case. Whether you are facing a murder charge or another violent crime, it is vital that we have the time to look into the case to determine what aspects of the case we need to delve into more.

Once we have determined the available options, we can help you to understand each option so that you are actively participating in your defense. We will also stand by your side throughout the case to make sure that your rights aren’t violated. It is important that we start working on your case as soon as possible to give us the most time to work and so we can start protecting your rights immediately.
